Songs performed included "Kind Woman," and "Alive n' Kickin'," a song he co-wrote with Kenny. "Loggins and Messina created some of the most fantastic arrangements in popular music. Sitting in with them went beyond the thrill on stage for me," Black said. Spending time with two of my own legends of music was an epic evening."

Hurricane Relief
Due to a scheduling conflict, the L&M performance at Madison Square Garden on September 20 has been cancelled. But East coast fans can still see the guys the following night, September 21, at Radio City Music Hall!!

Loggins & Messina will continue their fundraising efforts with an appearance at the 19th Annual B.R. Cohn Charity Fall Music Festival on Sunday, October 2nd at B.R. Cohn Winery Amphitheatre in Glen Ellen, CA.

Tonight's show in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan has been moved to September 5th.

This postponement was due to a mishap on stage, whereby the roof was damaged. As a result, the venue/promoter decided to postpone the show rather than risk any potential problems.

Santa Barbara Bowl Concert
to benefit Arts Outreach
and the Orcutt Children's Arts Foundation

The Loggins & Messina concert on Friday, July 8 at the Santa Barbara Bowl will benefit Arts Outreach and the Orcutt Children's Arts Foundation. The benefit concert will be filmed and recorded for television and DVD production.

Tickets for the benefit concert are $100 for premium seating, which will include a wine-and-cheese reception with the artists after the concert.

Venue Change
Idaho Center Theater

Due to the inclement weather, the June 24th Loggins & Messina concert will now take place indoors at the Idaho Center Theater. Doors will open at 6:30pm and the showtime will be at 7:30pm, as previously scheduled.

The change was made to provide the most successful rehearsal opportunity for the artists so they can deliver the best possible show for their fans.  The concert will now take place in a more intimate, air-conditioned setting, with all patrons having a seat, including those that purchased lawn seating. We are told that the indoor seating locations are as good - and in some cases better - than the original outdoor seating plan.

Good Morning America
Due to extensive coverage of the Michael Jackson verdict that came down yesterday, the Good Morning America segment w/Loggins & Messina was "pre-taped" this
morning instead of going live. As of now, Good Morning America is planning to air the L&M performance and interview tomorrow - Wednesday June 15, at 8:45am.
